Crispy Roasted Sprouts with Parmesan

Brussels of Champions

Serving Size: ½ Cup

Makes 6 Servings

3 Cups Brussels Sprouts

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic

½ Cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 Lemon

½ tsp Black Pepper

Salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 °F

Wash brussels and remove outer leaves. Quarter brussels or cut into desired size.

Lightly coat brussels in 2 Tbsp olive oil and place on a baking sheet covered in aluminum foil.

Toss with 2 Tbsp garlic cloves, ½ tsp black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Top with ½ cup parmesan cheese.

Place baking sheet in the center of the oven and cook for 30 minutes at 375 °F, turning mid-way to cook evenly.

Increase oven temperature to 425 °F and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
